Monday: Crock Pot Beef Stew

Tuesday: Paleo Cajun Burgers and the creamed spinach that is shown with these burgers looks too good to pass up.

Wednesday: Found a couple split chicken breasts in my freezer.  I think I will cook them in the crock pot using this recipe.

Thursday: Pork Chops with Balsamic Glaze (no honey…  this time)

Friday: Taco Salad

Scott is out of town so this is all optional…  I *plan* on this being the menu and I have all the protein for it, but I will take it day by day.
