The end is sooooo close.  In true Whole 30 form, I have hit days 20 and 21 absolutely over this, but it has been worth it.  I have slept like a cat on a wide windowsill.

So here are the plans for week 4…

Monday: Creamy Shrimp Fra Diavolo

Tuesday: Spaghetti and Meat Sauce and a salad. I will have spaghetti squash.  All others will have pasta. I use Victoria Marinara sauce.  It’s quick and easy to just make a quick meat sauce.

Wednesday: Salmon with Coconut Cream Sauce

Thursday: #1 and I are headed to Atlanta to visit Georgia Tech after school on Thursday…  I am not sure if the Varsity or the Vortex have Whole 30 compliant foods….  We will see how this goes down.
